CARA (Coaching Assistant and Reflective AI) is an AI-powered coaching platform designed to help teachers and school leaders build emotionally intelligent classrooms. Grounded in a proprietary framework of nine classroom-centered principles of Emotional Intelligence, CARA helps teachers reflect on classroom challenges, strengthen student-teacher relationships, and implement practical, research-informed strategies that improve student engagement, behaviour, and overall classroom dynamics. Designed and conceptualized by Kamil Majeed, Principal and CEO of Nordic International School Lahore, CARA was successfully piloted at his school, where teachers consistently reported increased confidence in handling classroom challenges and more structured approaches to reflection and problem-solving.

The Life Clan has piloted the CARA in Nordic International School, Lahore, Pakistan, where the platform was integrated into real classroom and leadership contexts.

Across 129 coaching sessions, the average staff rating for the coaching experience was 4.7/5. This indicates not only high engagement with the platform but also strong perceived professional value and relevance among educators. The results confirm that teachers are receptive to reflective coaching and find meaningful practical utility in CARA’s interventions.
